die cut stickers

bring design into procreate
4000x4000 canvas is what he used
add white stroke around design by adding layer under you design layer and use moonlike with streamline at max and draw stroke around your image
save as png (make sure background is turned off to save with transparent background)
in circuit design studio choose upload, browse files, open your image
make sure there are no dots or lines outside of design
hit next
make sure print then cut side is selected
hit done
insert it
make him smaller
under actions - duplicate
highlight both - duplicate and again to make 6 copies
click make it, to check that it fits right
hit print with vinyl sticker paper face down
attach sheet to circuit cutting mat, make sure they are perfectly aligned with edges
place into cricut
settings in circuit
material = sticker paper
press go to start cut
unload sheet
turn sheet over, bend and pull mat back
use scraping tool to take stickers off mat


kiss cut stickers

do same thing with white stroke
used 3000x2400 sheets with multiple stickers on it in procreate
by pasting all stickers you want on it
turn off background
share - save as - png
in circuit design studio
new project
upload - browse files
make sure no extra dots or lines
print and cut selected
save as
shrink down to fit, don't get too close to corner so it cuts off edge
duplicate and move as you want
hit make it to make sure it all fits on one page and adjust as necessary
print
attach to circut mat
material = washi sheet (allows blade not to go all the way thru paper and leave backing intact)
take off the same way rolling mat off
use circut paper cutter to cut into sheets

Here is my final image I started with 3 images from Unsplash a picture of an old man by Madhav Rajesh a picture of the sea and a picture of rowboats cut out subject from background - I used select subject and then select and mask to refine my selection. Then as output method use new layer desaturate (command+shift+U) (I didn't make a clean selection because I didn't think it would make a difference in the final image) drag in second image lower opacity on the new layer to move and transform while seeing where you are placing it in reference to your subject image when you have it where you want, up the opacity back to 100% then command+click on you subject layer to load it as a selection and with the second image layer selected click on the mask icon at the bottom right to create a layer mask in the shape of your subject I also added a solid color background layer now you can paint on the canvas with the layer mask selected command...
