Color Replace

duplicate layer
image - adjustments - replace color
click image to see image in preview box
click on the color in your image that you want to change and slide hue slider
(you can click in the preview window or in the actual image)
use the plus eyedropper to add to sample or the minus eyedropper to subtract
you can drag the fuzziness slider to adjust the selection
you can change saturation and lightness, but in general they work at 0.

on this image I started with a sunflower image on a blue background layer.
Then duplicated the sunflower layer (cmd+J), moved it to the left and applied the color replace adjustment. Then duplicated the original sunflower layer again, moved it to the right and applied a separate color replace adjustment to that layer.
